Abstract: When an organic ligand named tris(4-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)phenyl)amine (L) reacted with Co(NO3)2·6H2O, a new tridimensional polymeric complex with the chemical composition of {[CoL(H2O)]·2NO3·2DMA}n (1) had been resoundingly created in a DMA aqueous solution. Based on the results from the structural analysis, we found that the most suitable efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the Knoevenagel reaction is complex 1. Furthermore, the heterogeneity and catalytic mechanism of the reaction were also explored. Its therapeutic effect and mechanism on breast cancer cell metastasis combined with sevoflurane were explored in this research. Firstly, the inhibitory activity of the compound combined with sevoflurane on the ability of breast cancer migration was determined with trans-well assay. Beyond that, the real-time RT-PCR was performed, and degrees of activation of the YAP signaling pathway were further measured after compound treatment.
