Synthesis and Enzymic Effect of Some Novel 1,2-Dihydro-3-(triazin-5/6-yl)benzo[h]quinolin-2-one Derivatives

Abstract: Some 3-(triazin-5/6-yl)quinolinones were obtained starting with benzoquinolylglyoxal. Hydrazinolysis of these triazines furnished hydrazinotriazines. The latter compounds were cyclized to give some triazolo/tetrazolotriazinylquinolin-2-ones. Reaction of hydrazinotriazines with formylquinoline and quinolinyl β-keto ester gave the corresponding hydrazones, which were consequently cyclized to pyrazole derivatives. All the newly prepared compounds revealed potent effect on increasing reactivity of cellobiase.
