N-substituted 2,6-dialkylanilides

Abstract: By reactions of 2,6-dialkylanilines or N-substituted 2,6-dialkylanilines with 3-(2-furyl)propenoyl chloride, 3-(5-nitro-2-furyl)propenoyl chloride and with other acyl chlorides the new 2,6-dialkylanilides or their N-substituted derivatives were prepared and their fungicidal and herbicidal properties were studied.
