 Raman spectra of the (GeS₂)_i-x(Sb₂S₃)_xsystem glasses

Abstract: The Raman spectra was measured for the (GeS₂)_1-x(Sb₂S₃)_x system glasses in the compn. region of 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.60. The dominant features of the spectra are discussed by using a mol. model with GeS₄ and SbS₃ structural units interconnected through bridging S atoms. For the SbS₃ structural group, the Raman frequencies were estd.
