Synthesis of biological activity of S-(N',N'-dalkylthiocarbamoyl) (N,N-dialkylamide)ethyldithiophosphonates

Abstract: The synthesis of S-(N',N'-dialkylthiocarbamoy)(N,N'-dialkylamido)ethyldithiophosphonates by reaction of (N,N-dialkylamido)ethylchlorothiophosphonate with alkali salt of N,N-dialkyldithiocarbamic acid is described. The synthesized compounds were tested for biological activity. S-(N',N''-Dimethylthiocarbamoyl) (N-piperidino)ethyldithiophosphonate was found to show high fungicidal activity towards Phytophtora infestans.
