Abstract: By the methods of X-ray phase analysis, high-temperature X-ray phase analysis, differential thermal analysis, and high-temperature microscopy the CaO—MgO — NaPO3 system has been investigated at subsolidus temperatures. In this system, some regions of the coexistence of crystal phases and their thermal stability have been established. It has been foimd that from the point of view of phase coexistence the highest thermal stability may be referred to the concentration region corresponding to CaO-MgO-CaNaP04 . The CaO-MgO —CaNaP04 system has the*character of a simple ternary system with the lowest melting point of 1575 ±10°С.
