Abstract: The applicability of the activated carbon electrodes impregnated with
epoxide resin functioning as indication electrodes in Potentiometrie titrations
of acid substances in, the medium of anhydrous dimethylformamide was
investigated. The graphite electrode was activated by the oxidation with
0.2 M-KMn04 in 0.5 M-H2S04 and following reduction with 0.05 M-SnCl2 in
1 м-HCl. Phenylcinchoninic, benzoic, o-aminobenzoic, p-aminobenzoic,
diethylbarbituric, p-aminosalicylic, amidosulfonic, and palmitic acids as well
as phenylhydrazonium chloride, p-nitrophenol, hydrogen chloride, peutachlorothiophenol
and 2-thio-6-azathymirie were titrated with 0.1 м sodium
methoxidc or 0.1 м tetrabutylammonium hydroxide. The standard deviation
and systematic error for the amount of 1 nival was 1.8 μval and +1.9 μval,
respectively.
