Yields of radioactive isotopes ²²Na, ⁵⁴Mn, ⁵⁷Co and ¹⁸¹W  in nuclear reactions with protons, deuterons, and α-particles

Abstract: Different methods of prepn. of the radioactive isotopes  ²²Na, ⁵⁴Mn, ⁵⁷Co and ¹⁸¹W in the cyclotron were described. The yields of these isotopes and optimum conditions for their prepn. were detd. On the basis of the yields of ²²Na, ⁵⁴Mn, ⁵⁷Co and ¹⁸¹W, it was detd. that in order to achieve the most favorable yields, 3 kinds of accelerated particles are necessary: p with E_p ∼20 Mev., d with E_d ∼20 Mev., and α-particles with E_α ∼40 Mev.
