Experiences with conductoscope IV

Abstract: Measuring the resistance of 5% NaCl or KCl solns. contg. 3-4% serum or protein with a Conductoscope IV was described. The app. is constructed like the Wheatstone bridge. It is charged from the outside source which is a RC generator Tesla BM 365, with a max. voltage of 2.5 v. and frequencies of 5000-10,000 cycles. In the presence of protein, the electrodes must not be coated with Pt.
