Oscillopolarographic examination of protein

Abstract: The relation of the depth of incisions on dE/dr = F1(E) curves of the albumin and hemoglobin on the concn., temp., and pH was described. The incisions were smaller with increasing pH, esp. at higher temps. The potential of the incision is dependent on the pH. The dependence of the incision on temp. reached max. at 50-60°.
