Colorimetric determination of (-)-phenylacetylcarbinol

Abstract: cf. C.A. 52, 15346e. Colorimetric detn. of (-)-phenylacet; ylcarbinol with tetrazolium blue is described. This method is not affected by the presence of BzH and is suitable in com. production as a rapid analytical method with the error of ±3%.
