Some derivatives of β-phenylisopropylcarbamide

Abstract: By a direct condensation of β-phenylisopropylamine with urea and its N-substituted derivs. at 135-40° the following compds. were prepd.: PhCH₂CHMeNHCONH₂, m. 153°; PhCH₂CHMeNHCONHMe, m. 196°; PhCH₂CHMeNHCONHEt, m. 204°; PhCH₂CHMeNHCONHBu, m. 200°; PhCH₂CHMeNHCONHPh, m. 163°.
