Oscillographic-polarographic determination of purity in lobeline

Abstract: Lobeline (I) is found in Lobelia inflata. By observing the curves dV/dt against V in an oscillographic polarograph, it is possible to det. small amts. of AcPh in the presence of 4-fold excess of I.
