The reaction of tellurium compounds with thiourea. I. Colorimetric determination of quadrivalent tellurium compounds

Abstract: The most favorable conditions for the formation of an intensively yellow complex compd. by the reaction of CS(NH₂)₂ on Te4+ compds. in HClO₄ soln. were studied. They are: 0.2 to 2.0N HClO₄ in the presence of 0.5 to 5.0% CS(NH₂)₂ and a dark-blue filter.
