The coordination of monohydric alcohols to the hydrogen atom in the hemiacetal hydroxyl

Abstract: The co.ovrddot.ordination has been proven by the measurement of rates of osmosis through the ´Ulehla rush membrane for glucose, fructose, and maltose. The alkylene oxide form of these saccharides was confirmed. Cf. C.A. 42, 4525d.
