The utilization of sulfite liquor by different kinds of fermentation

Abstract: Alc., butanol-ethanol (Clostridium butylicure and Bacillus macerans), methylenesuccinic acid (Aspergillus terreus), lactic acid (Lactobacillus pentosus and Aspergillus oryzae) fermentation and protein (Torula utilis) and fat (Endomyces butylicum and Rhodotorula) synthesis are discussed.
