Synthesis and antimicrobial activity of 2-alkylthio-6-aminobenzothiazoles

Abstract: S-Alkyl (C_1-16) derivs. of 6-amino-2-mercaptobenzothiazole were prepd. and tested for antimicrobial activity against dermatophytes and bacteria. Their tuberculostatic activity was significant.
