Abstract: A principle of the circular potentiometric titration was described as applied in the kinetics of poly(vinyl chloride) dehydrochlorination. The method depends on measuring the behavior of Ag⁺ ions and the soly. of AgCl. An example is given detg. the rate of HCl evolution as 3 × 10^-4 millimole-min^-1
