Influence of structure on antimicrobial activity of some heterocycles .1. Alkylpyrazoles and alkylisoxazoles

Abstract: Seven 3,5-dimethyl-4-alkylpyrazoles and seven 3,5-dimethyl-4-alkylisoxazoles were prepared. Their structure was confirmed by spectral data and elemental analysis. Antimicrobial activity of these compounds was also determined and discussed in relation to the structure.
