¹³C  NMR spectra of methyl O-methyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosides

Abstract: The ¹³C-NMR spectra of all O-Me derivs. of Me α-L-rhamnopyranoside have been interpreted. The evaluation of α, β, and γ effects of the MeO groups permitted the assignment of the signals to the individual skeletal C atoms.
