Abstract: Compn., molar absorptivities, equil. consts. and stability consts. of the complexes HgLH, HgL, and HgL₂H, where H₂L₂ = 2-(2-pyridylazo)-1-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid (I), were detd. by means of graphical methods and numerical processing. Optimum conditions for the spectrophotometric detn. of the Hg(II) with I in pure solns. were detd. Basic statistical parameters of anal. curves were detd.
