Solvent selectivity in liquid model systems 1-hexene-benzene-solvent. I. Selectivity of anhydrous solvent

Abstract:  Some significant properties solvents in model ternary systems 1-hexene— benzene —solvent (selectivity, capacity, solvent power) were examinated. These parameters to be calculated, experimental equilibrium data liquid —liquid at 25°C were used, those being correlated according to Redlich — Kister 4th order equation without ternary constants. Anhydrous dimethylsulfoxide, dietyleneglycol, sulfolane (30°C) and Л7-monomethylformamide were the first group solvents.
