Potentiometric determination of theophylline and theobromine in the mixture

Abstract: An argentometric method for the detn. of theophylline (I) and theobromine (II) in the mixt. by a potentiometric indication of the equivalent point was described. I can be detd. at pH 6.5 to 7.8 and II after changing the reaction medium to pH 9.0 to 10.5. The exptl. error is ± 1.0%.
