Adsorption equilibriums of carbon disulfide on active carbon. I. The adsorption temperatures

Abstract: From adsorption isosteres at 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 mmoles/g. of CS₂ on active C supersorbon were calcd. the following resp. differential heats of adsorption: 13,410, 11,760, 10,850, 10,250, 9800, 9340, 8880, and 8560 cal./mole. These values indicate that the adsorption is phys.
