Radiation stability of strongly basic resins of styrene-divinyl-benzene type

Abstract: The effect of ⁶⁰Co radiation on standard and porous types of styrene-divinylbenzene strongly alk. resins was investigated. Porous resins were better after irradiation than the standard type. Local resins (Permutit SK) were better than comparable alk. resins, such as Dowex-1.
