The density of melts in the system Na₃AlF₆-AlF₃-Al₂O₃-NaCl

Abstract: The effect of the admixts. NaCl and AlF₃ on the d. of molten Na₃AlF₆-Al₂O₃ was studied at the same time. Diagrams of ds. at 1000° for the system Na₃AlF₆-AlF₃-Al₂O₃ NaCl were constructed. Both admixts. decrease the d. of cryolite melts. NaCl is more effective.
