The Harden-Young effect. VI. Preparation of sodium salt of fructose diphosphate from the barium salt

Abstract: cf. CA 56, 15592g. A method to convert the Ba salt of fructose diphosphate into the Na salt by applying Wofatit F ion exchanger is described. This conversion is equiv. and quant. For storage it is sterilized by bacterial filtration, sealed in ampoules, and kept cool. It is not toxic and is suitable biol.
