Separation of some steroids by thin-layer chromatography

Abstract: 25 % Formami de in ethanol impregnated kieselguhr was found to be a convenient carrier for thin layer chromatography when chromatographing steroids. The most suitable mobile phase is hexane —benzene (1 : 1).
