Binding of amino acids on the carboxyl end of lysine and arginine in polypeptide chain of human and horse hemoglobin. I

Abstract: By tryptic hydrolysis and by dinitrophenylation with paper chromatography these amino acids were detd. in the polypeptide chain on the carboxyl end of lysine and arginine of human and horse hemoglobin: arginine, histidine, lysine, alanine, glycine, leucine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, valine, tyrosine, and aspartic acid.
