Mixed cyanonickel(II) complexes. I. Preparation and properties of dicyanoaquothiosemicarbazidenickel(II)

Abstract: Heterogeneous nickel complexes with thiosemicarbazide and cyanide group of molecular formulae Ni(CN)₂thio. H₂0 and Ni(CN)2thio were prepared.  The magnetic properties, absorption and diffuse reflectance spectra, infra-red absorption spectra and some thermic properties were studied. The results of measurements are characteristic for a diamagnetic square-planar complex, stabile even in aqueous solution.
