The Hydrogen Bonds in Crystalline Pyridoxonium Chloride

Abstract:  The positions of the hydrogen atoms in the crystal structure of pyridoxonium chloride were determined by the X-ray structure analysis. The details of their determination by means of the three-dimensional difference Fourier synthesis and their refinement by the least-squares method are discussed. The geometrical and functional analysis of the hydrogen bonds in the above structure is also given.
