Resonance neutrons in the activation analysis of gold

Abstract: Thermal neutrons are eliminated in activation analysis of gold. In the case of analysis of biological material the application of resonance neutrons enables the selective activation. In the case of cadmium telluride the error caused by neutron self-absorption is diminished by this way.
