Calculating extrapolation for the spectroscopic determination of admixtures

Abstract: A universal calcg. extrapolation method for the spectroscopic detn. of admixts. based on the modified equation of Lomakin (CA 24, 2080) and Scheibe (CA 25, 2070) was described. The ratio of the unknown concn. to the concn. of the 1st admixt. is detd. from the exptl. data in the table or from the nomograph. The method was applied to the flame photometric detn. of low concns. of Na in limestone.
